Chocolate Salted Caramel Bliss Ball Recipe

I always love to have an afternoon snack, so having something handy as your go to for me is essential to curb the afternoon energy slump and keep me satisfied until dinner. This recipe was all about blending lots of goodness together and see how they turn out. All the flavours worked well and it tasted absolutely amazing. Love it when this happens.
They are almond and refined sugar free but the recipe can be changed around to your liking.
So here is the recipe:
7 Medjool Dates
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts
1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
1 1/2 scoops Chocolate caramel Protein Powder (you can use any flavour)
1/4 cup Roasted Carob Powder
Coconut Oil (melted, )
Method:
Add all ingredients except coconut oil into your mixer (I use a Thermomix speed 8, 5 seconds) and blend until you get your desired consistency (I like to have it chunkier sometimes and smoother other times). Slow down the mixer and start adding the melted coconut oil until the mixture starts to stick together. Sorry I didn't measure the oil as I always go by the look of it, take a bit out and if it is sticking together, well then its ready to roll into balls. Refrigerate or freeze.
